Product Details
PVC patches are one of the most durable and weather-resistant patch options available, making them a strong choice for brands, teams, and organizations that need patches built to perform in demanding conditions. Molded from flexible polyvinyl chloride, each patch holds its shape, color, and detail through exposure to moisture, UV light, abrasion, and heavy daily use without cracking, fading, or peeling. They attach cleanly to jackets, hats, backpacks, uniforms, tactical gear, and all types of clothing, delivering a bold, three-dimensional look that stands out immediately.
Every patch is produced to your exact specifications with complete design flexibility. Choose your preferred size, pantone-matched colors, border style, and surface texture, from flat and smooth to raised 3D detail that gives logos and artwork real visual depth. Backing options include iron-on, sew-on, Velcro, and adhesive so the patch works correctly for any application, whether that is outdoor gear, team uniforms, retail merchandise, or corporate apparel. Bulk orders are priced with volume discounts that scale with quantity, making PVC patches a practical and cost-effective option for large production runs across any industry.

Flexible, weather-resistant PVC construction with pantone-matched colors, raised 3D detail, and fully custom sizes, textures, and backing options including iron-on, sew-on, Velcro, and adhesive.
We stand behind every patch we produce. If your order does not meet the quality shown in your approved proof, we will do unlimited art work revision before the production, no complicated process, no hassle.
Set your iron to medium-high heat with no steam, place a pressing cloth over the patch, press firmly for 25 to 30 seconds, and allow it to cool completely before handling for a strong, lasting bond.
Upload your artwork as a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) or a high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher so we can produce clean, sharp results on every patch without any loss of detail.
Wipe the patch clean with a damp cloth as needed, avoid prolonged soaking or harsh chemicals, and keep away from direct high heat to maintain the shape, color, and flexibility of the PVC material.
If your PVC patches arrive with any defects or errors on our end, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free reprint or suitable resolution without any complications.
We ship all patch orders worldwide with full tracking, standard production in 7 to 12 business days, and rush options available for urgent deadlines.
FAQ
A sewing channel is a thin, recessed groove around the outer border of the patch. It is thinner than the rest of the patch, making it easy for a sewing machine needle to pierce through. If you plan to sew the patches directly onto garments or bags, we highly recommend adding a sewing channel.
Yes, absolutely! Our custom PVC patches are made from high-quality, flexible rubber/plastic that is 100% waterproof, fade-resistant, and weather-proof. They can withstand extreme heat, freezing temperatures, mud, and heavy rain without losing their shape or color.
No. Unlike embroidered patches that use thread, PVC patches use colored liquid rubber that is baked into a mold. The colors are part of the material itself, so they will not bleed, fade, or wear off, even under intense sunlight (UV exposure).
While heat-seal backing is possible, we do not highly recommend iron-on for PVC patches. PVC is rubber-based, and the high heat required from a household iron can melt or distort the design. Sewing or Hook & Loop (Velcro) are the safest and most durable options.
Every unique PVC design requires a custom CNC-engraved steel or copper mold to inject the liquid rubber. This is a one-time setup fee. We keep your mold on file for up to 8 months, so if you re-order the exact same design within that time, you won't pay the mold fee again.
We include up to [Insert number, e.g., 4 to 5] colors for free. Additional colors can be added for a very small fee per patch. We match your design using the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to ensure your brand colors are 100% accurate.
