75% embroidery means a portion of the background twill fabric remains visible, which is ideal for text and clean designs. 100% embroidery means the entire patch is completely covered in thread, offering a premium, heavy, and detailed look with no fabric showing.
Most logos can be converted, but extremely fine details, tiny text (less than 0.2 inches), and gradient color fades don't translate well into thread. In such cases, we simplify the design slightly or recommend printed/woven patches to capture every detail.
