Information about our shipping methods, timeframes, and delivery procedures for all custom patch orders placed at custompatches4u.com.
1. Processing Time
Before your custom patches are shipped, they need to be produced. Our standard processing time is as follows:
- Standard Production: 7–12 business days after order placement and design approval.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time, California) will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time includes design proof review, approval, and full production. For complex designs or large bulk orders, processing time may vary. We will keep you updated on your order status throughout the entire process.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Once your custom patches are produced and ready, they will be shipped via your selected method:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, customs processing, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, package weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders within the USA. Promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on our website when available.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. You can also track your shipment through the carrier's website at any time.

5. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be imposed by their country's regulations. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs office upon arrival.
International shipping times may vary significantly depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of ordering.
- We require a valid physical address for delivery and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We do ship to APO and FPO (military) addresses via FedEx, but delivery may take longer than standard domestic estimates.
- We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier service disruptions or high-volume shipping periods (holidays, etc.)
- Customs processing delays for international shipments
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
We will make every effort to communicate any known delays and provide updated delivery estimates when possible. For urgent orders, we recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Provide your order number and any available tracking information.
- For damaged items, photograph the damaged packaging and products and email them to info@custompatches4u.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If the claim is verified, we will arrange for replacement products to be produced and sent to you at no additional cost.
