75% embroidery means a portion of the background twill fabric remains visible, which is ideal for text and clean designs. 100% embroidery means the entire patch is completely covered in thread, offering a premium, heavy, and detailed look with no fabric showing.
Most logos can be converted, but extremely fine details, tiny text (less than 0.2 inches), and gradient color fades don't translate well into thread. In such cases, we simplify the design slightly or recommend printed/woven patches to capture every detail.
No. We use high-quality polyester threads that are colorfast and resistant to bleaching and fading. The patches can be safely machine-washed and dried without losing their vibrant colors.
It depends on the use case. Iron-on is quick, convenient, and perfect for casual wear like denim jackets and cotton t-shirts. Sew-on is the most secure and permanent method, recommended for heavy-duty garments like leather jackets, motorcycle vests, and bags.
For hat patches, the standard size is typically 2" to 2.5" in height or width to fit the front panels properly. For jacket back patches, sizes usually range from 10" to 12", while small chest or sleeve patches are around 3" to 4".
